Since obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2012, Mr. Widboom has spent the past seven years focusing his practice in civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury and commercial litigation.

Mr. Widboom has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in auto accident cases, giving him unique insight into personal injury cases from both sides. He also has significant experience representing the injured at trial.

His extensive experience in complex commercial litigation has been invaluable background for him as a personal injury lawyer representing the injured against insurance companies.

Mr. Widboom is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
