Why Choose Bordulis Law?

These claims cover almost every type of injury from broken bones, amputations, chemical exposures, burns, spinal injuries, and wrongful death. I care about my clients. My passion is helping those who have been injured get the compensation they deserve.

Choosing an injury lawyer can be confusing and daunting. Below is a list of common questions I receive from potential clients. My answers to those questions will show you what sets me apart, and why you should contact me first if you or someone you know has been injured.

Does it cost me anything for an initial consultation with a lawyer at Bordulis Law?

No. It never costs you anything for an initial consultation.

Will I actually speak to a lawyer about my claim?

Yes. At many other law firms, the first point of contact is an assistant, a case manager, or a paralegal. A potential client may never speak to an actual lawyer until after signing a contract. At Bordulis Law, you will speak directly to me about your claim as part of your initial consultation, and before any contract is signed.

Do I have to meet in person to hire Bordulis Law for my claim?

No. I love meeting our clients, and I'm happy to meet in person at my office or another convenient location. However, I believe speaking to and hiring a lawyer should be easy. To that end, I offer flexible means of communication including phone, email, and videoconferencing. I have clients who prefer to meet in person, those who prefer talking on the phone, and those who prefer to communicate solely by email.

How do the lawyers at Bordulis Law get paid? Do I owe an hourly fee?

For injury claims, I work on a contingency fee basis - meaning I get paid a percentage of any recovery. This means I only get paid if I obtain a successful recovery on your claim. Otherwise, there is no obligation to pay me, and we do not charge hourly fees.

When should I contact a lawyer?

If you or someone you know has been injured, it is important to contact a lawyer quickly. In Tennessee the statute of limitations for injury lawsuits is only one year from the injury.

Can you guarantee results?

No. Ethically, I cannot guarantee results. I will always provide a truthful and fair analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of each claim.

So why should I choose Bordulis Law?

As shown by the answers above, I believe my exceptional service, flexibility, and experience sets me apart from other law firms. With over 20 years of experience, I have the experience to handle almost any injury claim. I am passionate about helping my clients. Contact me now to see how I can help.
